That I have found. I think the issue is once we hit a certain limit of requests
then it cuts off.
Then resets after an hour or so.

Listers,
We await information from Foursquare regarding their new API and access limits,
which have caused the Outdoors app to be unable to access POI categories. This
API change came just as we were releasing the IOS version.
We also got feedback on 10 Android items that needed looking into. Some have
been fixed and some are being worked on. I have been given a date of October 20
for a final beta version to retest. Sorry for the delay. As we indicated, this
is the first Android release so it has not been subject to real world use yet.
I assure you it is coming as soon as practical.
