[gps-talkusers] thumb keys on or off

When using Braillenote GPS is it better to have thumb keys on or off or
does it depend as to if you are using it in Pedestrian or Vehicle mode?
I ask because if they have to be turned off, you are restricted to what
you can read on the Braille display which might be a problem in a car if
you have to read out to the driver rather than have them take
instructions from the voice of the Braillenote.
