1.  Press V to make sure you are in virtual mode..

2.  Press space-s or read-s to select your starting address.  follow the
prompts.

3.  At the address action menu select "explore position.

4.  Press A, then C to verify your current position is the position you just
set.

5.  Press space-s or read-s to do another address search.  follow the
prompts for your destination address.

6.  At the address action menu, select vehicle route.

The system should create a route from the starting address to the ending
address.

If you are trying to create a route across states make sure you have states
in your folder that the route will go through.  For example If I had NY and
FL in my maps folder as those are the only two states I am working with, I
am not able to create a route from NY to FL as the states in between are not
loaded.

Try the steps above with a starting and ending position in the same
city/state.
