[gps-talkusers] Upgrading north American user poi

Hi:
I just installed the February 1st update. I see that I have the
following files with very similar names. they may be the same file but
older and newer versions. 


The filenames are:
350us0610user.bpi dated Oct. 29 2006
350user0701.bpi dated January 31, 2007.

Are both of these files needed?
