Hi,Your virtual position is not retained when you hard reset the unit. If youjust exit and go back in your virtual position should be where you last were. The only time it returns to a position such as the Sendero hq is when the lat/lon is set to 0. This happens when you hard reset the unit or if you let the battery go flat or remove the battery for more then a minute or so. It has nothing to do with not having a receiver selected. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mary Ellen Earls" <meearls@xxxxxxx> To: <gps-talkusers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 3 May 2012 09:57:52 -0700 Subject: [gps-talkusers] Strange occurance in virtual mode:Hi There! Ever since I have had the iBlue 737 receiver, if I want to explore in virtual mode with no receiver on, I have found the virtual mode defaultstothe Sendero headquarters address in Davis, California. Its not a problem at present simply because I just reset it to my street address, but I can see a time in the near future when this could getplentyold. I've not heard of anyone else having this situation and thought I'd bringitup. The receiver is not on when this happens, otherwise we would go ingpsmode. Is this another weird thing this joke of a voice sense does or is thishowthings are supposed to happen? Just wondering!
