[gps-talkusers] How to: No Speech

I do not know how to say what do I mean. Anyway, I try. When it shows the
Braille but Braille display moves by itself. I guess it follows the speech.
How could the braills display stays as I read slowly before I press ADVANCE
KEY like I did.
