 From a BrailleNote-specific point of view, the caches are given in
degrees and decimal minutes.  There are a couple of different
strategies.  The one I use is to turn on repeated destination reading
once we are within a couple hundred feet or so.  I use the clock-face
headings option.  After that, it's trial and error.
