Looks like this is an issue with the PK, Chris has tried it on two mPowers
both of which set the time correctly but on his PK the time was off by 1
hour, so I assume Claude you are running on a PK, and yes it probably has
the same issue in the fall, but seriously how often do you set your BN to
GPS time?
