Hi Sarah,

I thought anybody with a dog was eligible? I thought this as the form asks
if you have a graduated dog for at least 6 months. If it was only for their
grads, they would already know this.
Best Regards,

Les

Hi:
You probably need to contact the Seeing Eye, but I suspect its just for
their grads. Call and ask.

Sarah, I am very interested in your offer. However, I areceived my
guide dog from Guid Dogs for the Blind in Boaring, OR. Is this offer just
for your graduates? If so, maybe you should specify that in your offer. If
not, I have a Voicemate/GPS from Sendero Group and would be very interested
in your offer. Please let me know.
        Thank You,

The Seeing Eye announces six opportunities in 2006 to attend
a one-week session on the use of Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to enhance
your navigation skills. Used in conjunction with your Seeing Eye dog, GPS
can provide real-time information that will increase your mobility and
provide opportunities for an even more active lifestyle. Without knowing the
best ways to integrate GPS into traveling with your Seeing Eye dog, though,
the experience can be confusing - even dangerous - for you and your dog.

Beginning in April, one-week sessions provide an opportunity
for you to learn the "best practices" as they have been observed and learned
by Seeing Eye instructors. To provide the most individualized training
possible, only two students will be admitted to each class, held during the
final week of regular class in the months of April through September,
beginning and ending on Thursdays. The first class dates are Thursday, April
20, to Thursday, April 27. Other dates are listed on the attached
application.

You must bring your own GPS equipment to class. Only one
brand of GPS device will be the focus of each class, so classes will be
scheduled based on which manufacturer current applicants utilize. For
example, two applicants working with Humanware's Trekker will be scheduled
for one month, two applicants with Freedom Scientific's StreetTalk a
different month, and two with Sendero Group's BrailleNote GPS yet another
month.

There is no charge for this training. Housing, meals and air
transportation will be provided. Please note: an applicant must have worked
with his or her current dog for at least six months. There will be no
exceptions to this requirement.

Please print and complete the attached application and
return it to David Loux, Director of Field Operations. Fax to (973)
