Dear gPodder users and developers, A new release of gPodder is out (yay!). Version 3.4.0 "Quiet Earth" has seen one of the longest release cycles (3 months) for gPodder (we usually release once per month), and therefore also includes lots of changes that should improve the overall experience and performance. Some long-requested features such as offline mode and download strategies have also been added. The details can be found below and on http://gpodder.org/news In addition to a new 3.x release, a bugfix-only maintenance release for the 2.x series (Maemo 4 and Maemo 5) has also been released, information about this release can be found on the gPodder website as well. Please note that this new 2.x release is only recommended for Maemo 4 and Maemo 5 users - those on the N800, N810 and N900. Users of gPodder on the Desktop should use gPodder 3 (and should have actually done so for a few months already). Enjoy :) Thomas ======================== 2012-12-23 - gPodder 3.4.0 "Quiet Earth" released A new release of gPodder 3 is out, this time the first one since about 3 months, and bringing with it some nice improvements and refinements.
