[gpodder] Registration issues

Hello,

I just wanted to register but this is currently nearly impossible. The site 
https://www.gpodder.net often answers with

502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

After many tries I’m now stuck with the registration link.

What can I do?
