[gpodder] QML Desktop UI next update

Hi
There is another update on my repository.
This time I refactored code to share most of mobile and desktop common code.
Unfortunately I have no clue how to run mobile gpodder on my laptop, so
it may be broken due to refactoring. I'll be grateful if someone test
that code, or describe how to get it working on desktop.
Please share your comments.
