[gpodder-devel] [PATCH] gtkpod extended database write support (please test)

Seems to work like a charm for me. It does seem to add a few minutes on
the back end of syncing. I'm guessing it's doing something similar to
the SHA1 check itself. Still, I'd rather have the time in gPodder than
to have to go back to gtkpod before I head out.
But since it does take a while, and not everybody needs the option, it
should be a toggle somewhere.
