[gpodder] How to transfer settings to another computer?

Hi
I'd like to run GPodder on my new computer and have imported my subs through
an OPML-File. There are however more than 4000 episodes which I would have
to download in order to bring GPodder up to date on my new pc. Before I do
this painfully long process: Is there a way to skip all episodes after
importing all subs? Or is there a file with the info of downloaded episodes
which I could copy to my new system?
