[gpodder-devel] Handling episodes that are no longer in index

Wow, the episode whose disappearance brought the problem to my
attention, which I downloaded using the old version, reappeared after
I upgraded. Neat!
Will make sure I replay everything else; can't remember which ones I
downloaded recently anyway.
