[gpodder-devel] Accidentally cancelled queued files for download

Pick the episodes from the "Podcasts" tab and select "Download" - this
will queue them up in the Downloads tab. "Cancel" does exactly that -
cancel the download, which means remove the (partially downloaded) file
and remove the download from the downloads list. The downloads list only
contains episodes that are (queued to be) downloaded. After that, the
downloaded episodes will appear in the Podcasts tab.
