Dear Bil,
Sorry to take a little time on this. You are genius. I hadn't ever thought to
look at the other ini files and have selected the UKCaps file. I'll keep you
posted.
Thanks, as ever,
James

We included two literary initialization file in GoodFeel for UK literary text.
One is for "no caps" and the other is "UK Caps." Perhaps we did not test
these as thoroughly as we should have.
To check which one you have and to change if you like, take these steps:
Run GoodFeel
ALT+O for Options
Select "Transcription Options"
Hold down the SHIFT key and press the TAB key 8 times until you come to the
Literary File Name
Field. To change to another literary file, press TAB once to move to the
Literary File Browse
Button and press space bar.
Choose one of the literary initialization files found in the list presented
in tee standard Windows Open dialog that appears.
After you make your selection and return to the Transcription Options dialog,
be sure to press TAB until you reach the Save
As Defaults
Button and press it to save your changes for future use.

David,
Ok, thank you for confirming that this is a picnic error.
I shall look again at the print but do you know where this setting might reside
in Goodfeel?
Try southern Germany for that commission by the way!
Cheers, James

Hi James,
I think it's my turn to be missing something. I just started a piece with the
title BLAH, in all caps, and made the composers Oom and Pa. Bringing it from
Lime to GOODFEEL, using what I think were the UK braille defaults, the title
and composers translated with the same capitalizing as in print. So I'm
wondering whether the problem is that the original print file didn't have the
capitals. If it didn't, and you don't want to edit the print, I would think
that for short titles and composer names, you could go into GOODFEEL's braille
editor and just add them in as commas.
Now I suppose I need to put in some music to go along with the title and
composers. I'm sure I can find someone who will give me a high commission.
