[goodfeel] Quick Q&A on Notation Entry Mode

To enter notes from PC keyboard:

CONTROL+N toggles Notation Entry.

Keys 1-6 and ` and ~ select rhythms.

Play notes on Home Row and keys above Home Row for black keys or play on
your MIDI keyboard.

Type r to enter a rest.

To enter a Pick-up measure:

Move to bar 1, beat 1.

Press CONTROL+I.

Insert a measure according to how many beats you need.  For 1 beat in 4-4
time: enter a measure of 1-4 time.

After you insert the measure, press LEFT arrow to move to start of new
measure.

ALT+E, O and enter 0 as starting bar number.
