Yes, thanks Alex for your helpful reply.
Alternatively, and depending on what version of Lime you are running, you may
now find a field in the Insert Measures dialog labeled "Insert 1 pick up
measure." In that case, all you need to do is check that box and Lime will
automatically number the opening pick-up bar as 0.

Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to the dancing dots community! I too was a music major
in college, and I’ll use lime and good feel to create scores to send to my
music students.
First, to set a tempo marking, press alt with the letter a to get to the
annotation menu, and then arrow down to tempo marking. Once you are there,
setting it is self-explanatory.
Second, to add a pick up measure, move to your first measure, then press alt
P for page, then go to insert measures. Set the beats per measure to the
length of the pick up measure. For example, if it is equal to a quarter note,
you would put 1. Then press OK. After that, go to Hult F for file, and go
down to options for peace. When you go through the options, there is one that
says, start bar numbers with. Check that box, and put 0 in the edit box, and
press OK.
Hope this helps!

Hey Everyone,
I have some questions about Lime, but first, I must introduce myself. My
name is Elizabeth, and I am currently in college, working toward obtaining
my music degree. I have been using Goodfeel since December; I have learned a
few things, but there is still much I do not know.
To start off, I can think of 2 questions, but I can assure you that I will
have more in the future:
1. In Lime, when initially setting up a piece, how do you change the tempo?
I can do it in the Piano Window, when using a MIDI keyboard, but when
playing my pieces back, the tempo does not match. Therefore, what I have
just recorded is off time.
2. How do you insert an Anna Crusis? When recording, since it is hard to
determine the first beat when listening to the metronome, my entire picpiece
is thrown off because of the pickup note.
Alright. That's all for now. Thank you all in advance.
