Sorry to hear that you are having problems. Lime with version 9.05 of the Lime
Aloud scripts will run under Windows 10. However, you can only run it using
JAWS 16.
If JAWS 16 was not installed on that machine before you installed Lime, you
will need to reinstall Lime. We also have a special installation program for
Lime for users of JAWS 15 and 16. I will send you the link off-list.
As I think you know, Our latest upgrade to the Lime Aloud scripts comes with
Lime 9.16. It will run with JAWS 15, 16, 17 and 18 under Windows 10 or
earlier. We are currently offering a pre-release version of GoodFeel 3.5 for
$395 and, for customers who only use Lime and Lime Aloud but not GoodFeel, the
upgrade costs $249.
