Hello, Daniel, Thanks for this report. In fact, our newest version, GOODFEEL 3.2 with Lime 9.05 (soon to be officially announced) does support JAWS 12. However, other customers and our own testers have reported some sluggishness with JAWS 12. nothing as extreme as 30 seconds delay though as far as I can remember. Have you disabled User Account Control under Windows Vista? For those JAWS 12 users who are experiencing delays, the work-around is to install JAWS 11 or earlier and load that version of JAWS before running Lime with Lime Aloud scripts. However, I myself use JAWS 12 with Lime and, although I do find it is not as snappy in responding as when using earlier versions of JAWS, the delays are not extreme like those you have encountered. As my subject line says I have a few queries that I would like to ask for thoes who have Jaws 12 and Goodfeel and its related products. Bill kindly let me re-try out goodfeel again an as I have already said to him I will probably get it in the future because if it doesn't benifit me now it might in the long term. But I would like to ask two things that I have found with Jaws 12 and Lime Aloud and see if anyone else had or are currently experienceing what I am about to list below. First of all I was using the Jaws 12 that offisualy was released not the recently new build of jaws that came out last month. Also I was running Windows Vista Home Premium. The Problems are: 1. In Dialogs boxes I notice with Jaws 12 that when you tabd around or edit stuff Jaws was being very slow to respond one time I thought Jaws had crashed but it didn't in reality it was only possably 30 seconds which felt like 2 minutes. 2. When I 1st started using the demo again there was a problem with the playback I think in the end I manage to fix it with maximizing the screen. But what it would do is for example once or twice I had some fun with entering the excersizes from my Braille book to hear what they would sound like. When I played them back and this happened with the keystroke Control down arrow and also as well as the "hear dialog box the key command Control H For some reason it would only play part of the piece and then stop playing all together. I mention these questions because on this computer I have I have an older version of Jaws which was version 9 build whatever it was. But this version of jaws had no problems what so ever it responded quickly when dialogs boxes and never gave me any problems with playing the music back. I will hold back until Jaws 12 becomes offisualy supported. But for thoes who are using Jaws 12 I would like to know if anyone has experience the same problems as I have above or indeed you might have problems that you would like to share that are completely different from mine. In either case I would love to know what other jaws 12 users have found with lime aloud and its related products. Many Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you all. Daniel
