The web site I have about the Braille Music Kit is http://www.dodiesis.com I
have not tried it. My understanding is that it can show output from Finale on
a braille display in braille music but does not have facilities for formatting
it for proper alignment, etc. for embossing.

I have had some experience with this, but for various reasons, set it aside
to get what I needed done.
Things may have changed, but you might try a Google or other search for
"Braille Music Kit" or "Braille music editor".
I'm probably spelling this wrong but an Italian organization called
something like Arca Progetti saw involved in developing this.
I used to know the specific contact info.
