Just a quick update.
A new installer with minor bug fixes is about to be uploaded.
The Enterprise version 3 of GNUKhata now has a graphical installer.
Our lead developer Navin has just tested a setup on Windows and it has worked well.
So we can expect to see a Windows installer by tomorrow.
happy hacking.

Yes sir, we can recommend ubuntu 16.04 to the gnukhata users.  But
many would have been using ubuntu 14.04. So wouldn't it be a good idea
to consider it and give support for 14.04 too?

We will be providing offline installer for Ubuntu 14.04 & 16.04 and
Linux Mint 18 & 17. Online installer will work on Debian and Fedora
based systems.

Please note that apart from this, there will be another installer which will be suitable for practically any main Linux distro or their versions.
This one however will need Internet as it will download the docker tools for that particular distro.
Right now the issue is not with docker images of GNUKhata, it is to do with the .deb files needed for that given distro/ version.
But as Abhijeet said, we can at least pack the debs for 4 versions 2 distros.
Happy hacking.
