[gnukhata-users] Running GNUKhata on Windows 8.1

Hello Team...

I just downloaded and installed on Windows 8.1.
When i tried running by clicking the shortcut, it displays only the browser
with IIS welcome screen.
Something I missed to configure.
Is there any link or doc which describes the installation and configuration
of GNUKhata?
