Hello Murali,

Thank you for reporting the issue you are facing.

Do you already have a previous version of GNUKhata installed? If yes,
then please run the Updater to upgrade to 6.50.

Yes, but I uninstalled previous version.

Can you please check if the uninstallation happened completely? Please
reply with the results of the following commands.

sudo docker ps -a

*murali@murali-ThinkPad-T520:~$ sudo docker ps -aCONTAINER ID        IMAGE
                          COMMAND                  CREATED
STATUS              PORTS               NAMESb2aaa0e0d81a
 digitalfreedom/gnukhata:v6.50   "/bin/sh -c /gnukhat…"   20 hours ago

 digitalfreedom/gnukhata:v6.50   "/bin/sh -c /gnukhat…"   20 hours ago
   Created                                 gkdata*

sudo docker images

*murali@murali-ThinkPad-T520:~$ sudo docker imagesREPOSITORY
 TAG                 IMAGE ID            CREATED
SIZEdigitalfreedom/gnukhata   v6.50               df026a3e2ba8        3

If not, then some other program is bound to port 80. We can then run
GNUKhata in a different port.

Can I have more light on this?

You will need a few commands to do that.

1. Stop the docker container - sudo docker stop gkmain
2. Remove the container - sudo docker rm gkmain
3. sudo docker run --name gkmain --volumes-from gkdata -d -p 81:80
--restart=always digitalfreedom/gnukhata:v6.50

Here 81 is the new port. Replace it with the port you wish to use.

Regards,
Abhijith,
GNUKhata Team
