I for one am interested in this project, but it's been absolutely impossible for me to contribute lately because I can't even read 5% of the emails, I have to just delete almost all of them before reading them. Between leaving for a day here and there, job work, several community projects, etc. there just isn't time in my life for 70 messages a day from gmpi-list, and I'm sure I'm not alone. So it makes the process become exclusive just to the small number of interested people who can keep up with the messages, which I think is undesirable and disadvantageous. I don't know if we need an official daily limit or could just self-regulate (I hope the latter), but some way of slowing way way way down and becoming much less scattered would be greatly appreciated.
