MESSAGE A MES AMIS ISRAELIENS ET PALESTINIENS !
(Pour que leur vie rime avec harmonie)
(Pour que la paix coïncide avec humanité)
J’ai eu un rêve « le film Ana Arabia » d’Amos GITAI, nous fait vivre
l’atmosphère d’une communauté de la banlieue sud de tel Aviv où juifs et
arabes vivent en bonne intelligence.
Je n’ai rien à gagner, ni à perdre, à mon âge, je veille simplement
scrupuleusement sur la solidité de mon appropriation critique du
fonctionnement de la vie en toute indépendance de jugement.
N’est-ce pas une fonction de la philosophie d’intervenir sur des faits et
connaissances établis en dehors d’elle, d’être branchée sur les pratiques
humaines pour en déchiffrer le sens ?
Alors Oui, j’ai des amis israélien et palestinien, je me prononce pour le
droit des israéliens de vivre sans l’angoisse de roquettes ou attentats dans
un Etat reconnu, sécurisé, et libre. Cependant également, je reconnais les
aspirations et souffrances du peuple palestinien et plaide pour son Etat
dans des conditions de dignité (pas un Etat rabougri, consenti, en lui ôtant
toute sa substance.)
Il est vrai que ce conflit est importé ! Il nous est demandé de glorifier un
camp et de condamner l’autre, tout jugement équilibré, non passionnel et
idéologique, peut conduire comme je le suis, y compris selon qui dirige
certaines collectivités ou structures, à ne pas être invité à certaines
manifestations culturelles, ou voir mes activités vocales et littéraires
pour la paix et les droits et devoirs humains censurés ou ignorés selon la
couleur politique de qui dirige telle ville ou structure territoriale !
Oui le Hamas a réussi à ce que l’on ne parle que de lui durant un mois,
l’autorité palestinienne est écartée des discussions .Il est vrai ce qui est
parfois oublié que le HAMAS, a été légitimé par le verdict des urnes, et que
son éclosion s’est faite sur la corruption régnant au sein du Fatah et
l’époque beaucoup y voyait un moyen d’affaiblir ARAFAT et l’OLP.
Pour l’avenir, il faudrait un dirigeant de l’autorité palestinienne ayant
une vision juste de l’avenir et capable de fédérer et le FATAH et le HAMAS
dans un sens du respect et des palestiniens et des israéliens.
En agressant une fois de plus Israël, le Hamas savait que la riposte serait
terrible, il a pris ce risque faisant subir de terribles souffrances à GAZA
: plus de 1900 morts dont une majorité de civils dont des enfants. Israël
aurait eu 67 morts = notamment des militaires, et de toute façon : toute vie
ôtée est un drame quel que soit son camp !
Le drame est : que toutes ces victimes nourrissent chez les familles
éprouvées : haines, frustrations, rancœurs qui perpétuent la guerre. Le
gouvernement israélien a- t-il prit la mesure de cela ?
Ceci, en ajoutant la situation des réfugiés, la colonisation qui se poursuit
compris à Jérusalem Est, le blocus économique sur Gaza avec y compris la
vigilance de l’Egypte. Tous sujets : dont il faudra bien discuter si
négociation sérieuse il y a.
Benjamin NETANYAHOU, son Ministre de la défense,… sont-ils réellement prêts
naturellement à favoriser la naissance d’un Etat palestinien = j’ai des
doutes !
Les jeunes générations dans le monde n’ont plus la mémoire du drame de la
Shoah, ceux du Cambodge, du Rwanda, de la Bosnie sont plus proches dans leur
mémoire. Globalement, de par le monde, les opinions publiques sont
majoritairement plus sensibles au drame palestinien.
Hélas en France, et dans d’autres pays européens, on voit naître de
nouvelles formes et manifestations d’antisémitisme et l’éclosion et la
confirmation de partis xénophobe. Dans le numéro du Nouvel Observateur de
cette semaine, j’ai pu y lire que 5000 ressortissants juifs comptaient
quitter notre pays en 2014 ne s’y percevant plus en sécurité, et que c’était
déjà le cas pour 2600 d’entre eux !
S’agissant de mon pays qui se présente toujours comme celui des droits
humains : ce constat ne peut que m’interpeller !
C’est pourquoi, je suis sceptique si on laisse Israël et le Hamas négocier
seuls en Egypte avec les intermédiaires Egyptien .Une fois de plus, dans 6
mois, un an ou plus je crains la répétition des drames qui se répètent
depuis des dizaines d’années. Il faut un accompagnement déterminé, exigeant,
mobilisé des Institutions internationales : ONU, Union Européenne et des
grands Etats : Etats-Unis, Russie, Chine, Inde, Brésil, Afrique du sud…. et
bien entendu de la ligue arabe et de tous les grands pays Musulman.

I had a dream “the film Anna Arabia” of Amos Gitai, makes us live the

Then Yes, I have friends Israeli and Palestinian, I decide for the right of
the Israelis to live without the anguish of rockets or attacks in a
recognized, made safe, and free State. However also, I recognize the
aspirations and sufferings of the Palestinian people and pleads for his
State under conditions of dignity (not a shrivelled State, authorized, by
removing all its substance to him.)
It is true that this conflict is imported! It is asked to us to glorify a
camp and to condemn the other, any balanced judgment, non passion and
ideological, can lead as I am it, including according to whom directs
certain communities or structures, not to be invited with certain cultural
events, or to see my vocal and literary activities for the peace and the
rights and human duties censured or ignored according to the political color
of which directs such city or territorial structure!
Yes Hamas succeeded so that one speaks only about him lasting one month, the

forgotten that HAMAS, was legitimated by the verdict of the ballot boxes,

time saw a means much there of weakening ARAFAT and the PLO.
For the future, one would need a leader of the Palestinian authority having
a vision right of the future and able to federate and FATAH and HAMAS in a
direction of the respect and Palestinian and Israelis.
By attacking once more Israel, Hamas knew that the response would be
terrible, it took this chance making undergo terrible sufferings in GAZA:
more than 1900 deaths of which a majority of civilians of which children.
Israel would have had 67 deaths = in particular soldiers, and in any event:
any removed life is a drama whatever its camp!

The young generations in the world do not have any more the memory of the

their memory. All In All, all over the world, the public opinions are mainly
more sensitive to the Palestinian drama.
Alas in France, and in other European countries, one sees being born from
new forms and demonstrations from anti-semitism and the blossoming and the
xenophobe confirmation of parties. There In the number of the Nouvel
Observateur of this week, I could read that 5000 Jewish nationals intended
to leave our country in 2014 being perceived there more in safety, and that
it was already the case for 2600 of them!
As regards my country which is always presented in the form of that of the
human rights: this report can only challenge me!
This is why, I am skeptical if one leaves Israel and Hamas to only negotiate
in Egypt with the intermediaries Egyptien.Once more, in 6 months, one year
or more I fear the repetition of the dramas which are repeated since tens of
years. One needs an accompaniment determined, demanding, mobilized
International institutions: UNO, European Union and of the great States: The
United States, Russia, China, India, Brazil, South Africa…. and of course of
the Arab League and all the large Moslem countries.
