retour de l’opposante Ioulia TIMOCHENKO. Bref tout va vite, l’histoire
s’accélère ; des élections sont annoncées, mais le risque de partition du pays
entre pro-européen et pro-russe, n’est pas écarté, et l’avenir politique avec
la diversité des interlocuteurs n’est pas assurée. Certes POUTINE, le
Président Russe déchu et en fuite, ne sont pas des saints et l’Ancien Président
ukrainien a fait tirer sur son peuple manifestant dans la rue.Cependant, le
président POUTINE, d’un point de vue sportif et sécuritaire, a réussi ses jeux
olympiques d’hiver, (et certes, je n’aborde pas le débat sur la réalité du coût
économique pharaonique de ces jeux, ni de la modification sur l’environnement
naturel de la construction de toutes les infrastructures et ses incidences
ultérieures.) Il entend faire de la Russie un pays retrouvant son faste
d’antan, comme la meilleure période de l’ancienne URSS. Son esprit national
orgueilleux, peut avoir de bons côtés, ceci, si les Institutions
internationales et les grand Etats influençant le monde facilitent le rôle que
la Russie peut tenir en pesant de tout son poids pour faire cesser le massacre
de la population civile en Syrie, par le régime de Bachar EL ASSAD, contribuer
à l’organisation des élections et à l’avenir du pays. L’heure est au dialogue
dans la clarté des objectifs sans perdre de vue la nécessité partout des droits
et devoirs humains.Avec les préoccupations liées à la situation en Irak, en
Afghanistan, au Liban, s’agissant du dossier toujours actuel du nucléaire
iranien et ce, tout en prenant en considération les déclarations plus positives
du nouveau président iranien, la situation du dossier israélo-palestinien, les
réalités existentielles et mouvantes des nébuleuses : AQMI et autres au Maghreb
islamique et en Afrique, etc. Rien n’est à négliger pour la paix et ’harmonie.
Ainsi, le monde a bien à faire, dans un contexte économique difficile, ceci, en
s’évitant des affrontements supplémentaires.Sur un plan financier, avec la
crise, et les politiques d’austérité mises en œuvre au sein de l’UE (Union
