Dear Creators of Harmonious Civilization!
This GHA Message, on June 21, 2013 - Global Harmony Day by the GHA Harmonious
Era Calendar - is dedicated to the Project "Comparative Statistical
Sociological Study" (CSSS) of four countries: India, USA, Russia and
Kazakhstan: www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=579 . This project of its 18
members, social scientists from 10 countries was approved by the GHA in early
June and its completion is expected in about one year.
CSSS is intended to prove that humanity possesses unknown, deep and
inexhaustible potential of global social harmony and universal peace, growing
from it as from its natural soil and eternal source. Humanity can tap this
potential to use it consciously, obviously, only through its scientific,
empirical and theoretical knowledge, without which humanity is doomed to total
ignorance in harmony as in any field of reality. Theoretically, in a first
approximation, this knowledge is represented in the ABC of Harmony, which
opened a new epoch in human history - the Age of Harmonious Enlightenment
beginning with the era of conscious harmonious civilization. In this era,
global harmonious education in theoretical and empirical knowledge of harmony
forms a harmonious consciousness and thinking, harmonious peaceful mind of
humanity that will deliver it from all social pathologies of war, terror,
violence, hunger, poverty and all tyrannies, including global ecological and
financial dictatorship today. Only the harmonious humanity mind is able to
create a harmonious partner of nature to ensure sustainable development in
nature instead of ecological dictatorship. Only similar peaceful mind can
consciously establish harmonious peace relations among all nations and groups.
Of course, the path to a harmonious peaceful mind - opened into the ABC of
Harmony – is endless and will require many new similar books and studies.
The harmonious mind requires a common social knowledge, bringing together the
social sciences, which are now torn between themselves and within themselves
for hundreds of alienated scientific branches. This condition is typical for
our internally torn, disharmonious industrial civilization. These sciences are,
by definition broken subjects, not able to understand and express the natural
integrity of social harmony. Traditional social sciences express the mind of
traditional disharmonious industrial society, so they are doomed to total
ignorance in harmony. These sciences can see only parts of it but cannot
combine them into the single coherent and holistic knowledge of harmony, in its
single scientific image. However, we can see positive rare exceptions from this
rule. For example, a holistic philosophical image of a living harmonious
universe as God was explained by Plato. The scientific image of social harmony
- social genome of harmony (Socionome) - was first set up in the ABC of

CSSS is the first conscious step towards creating a global knowledge through of
social sciences synthesis. CSSS constitutes an indissoluble unity in the two
global science - global sociology and global statistics. This quality gives
CSSS unique an innovative epistemological sense for the 21st century, opening a
wide road of synthesis and synergy for social sciences on basis of social
harmony knowledge. CSSS provides an understanding of the mechanism for unity
within hundreds of diverse areas of social science (and religion) in harmony on
the basis of knowledge of its deep structure in the ABC of Harmony and
Socionome. In the disharmony of industrial society there has been no harmony
and unity in the social sciences, so harmony and unity have been absent in
human mind, thought and consciousness. Their harmony can arise in the formation
of harmonious civilization in the early 21st century. All the science in it,
first of all, social sciences, can become sciences of social harmony. They can
find their own cognitive harmony within holistic harmony knowledge. CSSS
provides the first example of this way.
CSSS puts the scientific theory of social harmony – tetrasociology, most fully
represented in the ABC of Harmony and forming its scientific platform, on the
level of empirical scientific proof that will be a compelling argument for this
theory. A similar argument (except for similar private studies of Russia in
1995 and 2000) for this theory does not yet exist. Therefore, CSSS has key
importance for the GHA by providing scientific empirical evidence of natural
social harmony and its global social actors - the spheral classes of the
population. In theory of tetrasociology these classes have been known since
1976, but no empirical evidence has been offered. CSSS is the first such global
and empirical study. These ideas of tetrasociology provide a basis for all
projects of social harmony and harmonious civilization within the GHA.
Therefore, the CSSS project is a GHA and my priority for the coming year.
This is the main meaning, motivation and justification of CSSS for GHA and for
me personally. At the same time, these goals create the enormous scientific and
organizational problems before the CSSS, particularly in its funding, without
which it is impossible. Particularly important is the search of professional
statisticians and funding to pay for them key work. Traditional sociological
and statistical institutes treat it with suspicion and doubt that showed their
probing in the GHA invitation letters to them. But we have reasons to hope for
the implementation of CSSS in the coming year.
However, we have found that traditional sociological and statistical institutes
seem to relate to CSSS with caution in responding to our GHA invitation
letters. This may well reflect a long-standing crisis and impasse in the social
sciences, including sociology and statistics. Wright Mills (1959), Charles Snow
(1963), Alvin Gouldner (1970), Bernard Phillips (2001, 2003) and many others
have written of this. Lacking knowledge of harmony, many scholars find it
difficult to recognize the value of our scientific research. However, a trend
toward synthesis and scientific interest in harmony is now growing among the
social sciences. This gives us a foundation to hope for CSSS implementation in
the coming year.

I saw harmony enter to hold the sun on my heart.
I saw my mind flee from material slums
to know harmony,
and become beautiful like nature.
My heart opens.

My heart opens the infinite within the infinite.
I saw harmony grows like life.
I saw colours in union
fleeing from mental slums.
Souls becoming heavens

THE INFINITE FORM OF HARMONY
(A poem in commemoration of Global Harmony Day,
Global Harmony Association, celebrated on 21st June)

If the revered flags of peace
Are tagged to the thoughts of war,
If the gracious pigeons of peace
Are freed across the war-torn skies,
If the peace-thirsting forces
Are flown into the war-torn terrains,
If the deeply disgruntled elements
Are smoothened to uphold peace,
If the advocators of suppression
Are given the nectarine tonic of love,
If the innocent victims of conflicts
Are treated with humane concern,
If the conspirators of aggressions
Are persuaded to desist from wars;
Will there be any crisis or a scope
For enmity to co-exist amongst us?
There would arise a prospect of hope
To foresee a peace-filled tomorrow.
Harmony shall liberate the humankind
If we conquer peace and shed hatred.
The chains of enmity and selfishness
Shall cave in, - inviting auspiciousness.
If the pleasure of it is experience once
Can anyone distance the bliss of peace?
The need of the hour is a selfless action
For executing the action with dedication,
Then the finite form of conflicts disappear
And the infinite form of harmony appears.
