Gandhica and Interfaith Harmony/Nonviolence Forums in Russia and India in honor
of the Gandhi anniversary and the Victory over fascism
Suite,
Cordialement.

Continuation,
Do I badly understand this choice limited authors and classified according to
their religious affiliation? There are other religious and philosophical
currents existing, but I did not follow the launching of this initiative =
perhaps: there - does it have T one or in the particular reasons which justify
this choice, and way of doing? It is an interrogation of my share, not a
criticism!
Cordially.

Subject: [gha-peace] Gandhica and Interfaith Harmony/Nonviolence Forums in
Russia and India in honor of the Gandhi anniversary and the Victory over fascism
Dear GHA members, Friends,
Many thanks for your approval of the letters to Russian President Putin,
Governor of St. Petersburg and Consul of India. We did not receive a single
objection, although there were interesting proposals, for example, to send a
similar proposal to the leaders of the Vatican and the Orthodox Church. Perhaps
we will do it.
Now I invite you to discuss and approve by your YES or NO another our letter
within two days (we have very little time, but a lot of work) - to the head of
the state organization Rossotrudnichestvo (Russian Center for Science and
Culture) in India, Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta with the same proposal: support the
Interfaith Nonviolence/Harmony Forum in honor of the Gandhi anniversary and the
Victory over fascism in these cities of India. This letter complements our
letter to President Putin (see attachment and here too:
https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=863).
The main subject of execution of this part of our project is the GHA-India and
the GHA Gandhi Committee, which includes most of the GHA Indian members.
Therefore, we are waiting responses and clarifying proposals from them first.
Because our Buddhist colleagues from Japan are silent, obviously, they are
abandoning the role of leaders of interfaith harmony/nonviolence, I propose to
rename our project from “Gandhica and Buddhism” to “Gandhica and Interfaith
Harmony/Nonviolence” (GIHN). Do you agree with that? This title does not limit
our universal project to one faith but applies to everything, as in previous
GHA projects dedicated to interfaith harmony:
https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=541 ;
We hope to your understanding and implement this project not only in Russia and
India, but also in other peace-loving countries, for example, China, Brazil,
Ghana, Ethiopia, Greece, Japan, Malaysia and many others.
Best wishes for peace from harmony/nonviolence,
Leo
