Personnellement, lorsque je ne vis pas dans un pays et donc que je n’en vis pas
l’histoire passée et présente et sa culture, mœurs, rites,…Je me garde de
donner la conduite à tenir de façon péremptoire.
Dans le cas présent le factuel est la réalité de mouvements fondamentalistes
comme Les GAU RAKSHAK qui rêvent de faire de l’lnde une nation strictement
hindoue = ils avancent leurs arguments et mon intention ce jour n’est pas de
les discuter. La réalité est celle que le Premier Ministre indien Narendra
MODI le 5 août a révoqué par décret le statut d’autonomie du Cachemire indien
: le JAMMU-ET CACHEMIRE à majorité musulmane.
Or, cette décision dans son contexte historique peut entrainer cette région
dans la violence et par rapport aux raisons de son existence GHA ne peut y
être indifférent d’où les efforts de Léo SEMASHKO.
Nous le savons toutes et tous : cette région a déjà été le sujet de
soulèvements ayant fait plus de 41.000 morts = comment y être indifférents ?
De surcroit, cette tension et les morts vont raviver sans dialogue constructif
les tensions entre l’Inde et le Pakistan qui se disputent pour ce territoire
depuis 1947 !
Je pose une question : C’est le GANDHI BOOK qui nous a motivé et réunis et je
soumets simplement une réflexion : Quelle était la volonté de GANDHI ?
Il pensait à un pays multi confessionnel et révisons : lors de la partition il
était venu par exemple dans la région du MEWAT où les musulmans sont nombreux
pour leur demander de ne pas quitter l’inde pour le Pakistan : vous serez en
sécurité ne partez pas leur avait-il dit alors !N’est-ce Pas cela le souffle de
son esprit à travailler ensemble sans contrainte, exclusive, sans négliger les
difficultés, ce qui divise, mais en les<dépassant par le dialogue constructif
avec la volonté d’aboutir à un accord respectant la dignité et l’existence de
tous ?

Dear Léo, dear All,
Personally, when I do not live in a country and thus that I do not live of it
the history last and present and his culture, manners, rites,… I take care not
to give the action to be taken in a peremptory way.
In this case the factual one is the reality of fundamentalist movements as the
GAU RAKSHAK which dream to make lnde a strictly Hindu nation = they advance
their arguments and my intention this day is not to discuss them. Reality is
that which Indian the Prime Minister Narendra MODI on August 5th revoked by
decree the statute of autonomy of the Indian Cashmere: the JAMMU-ET CASHMERE
with Moslem majority.
However, this decision in its historical context can involve this area in
violence and compared to the reasons of its existence GHA cannot be indifferent
there from where efforts of Léo SEMASHKO.
We all know it and all: was this area already the subject of risings having
made more than 41,000 deaths = how to be indifferent there?
In addition, this tension and deaths will revive without constructive dialog
the tensions between India and Pakistan which dispute for this territory since
1947!
I ask a question: It is the GANDHI BOOK who motivated us and joined together
and I subject simply a reflection: Which was the will of GANDHI?
He thought of a denominational country multi and revise: at the time of the
partition it had come for example in the area from the MEWAT where the Muslims
are numerous to ask them not to leave India for Pakistan: you will be in safety
do not leave it had told them then!Isn't this Pas that the breath of its spirit
to be worked together unconstrained, exclusive, without neglecting the
difficulties, which divides, but while les<dépassant by the constructive dialog
with the will to lead to an agreement respecting the dignity and the existence
of all?

The Spiritual Interfaith Non-Violence Forum dedicated to the 150th

“Gandhica –Kashmir” Project is a nice project but t time is not right
to launch this project during this time on International Peace Day
21st September .celebration and 2nd Oct.2019 International
Non-Violence Day.
I am surprised to know about the entry of Gandhica –Kashmir Project as
there was no mention of any such ‘Gandhica –Kashmir Project’ proposal
in International Jubilee Gandhi Committee (GC), 2019.
1. I fully Agree with views of Cdr Prof Bhushan Dewan, Ashok
Chakravarthy Tholana, Surendra Pathak & others GHA friends. We are
all teachers researchers & Peace activists not the politicians, this
project Gandhica –Kashmir” Project is not fitting in our International
Jubilee Gandhi Committee (GC), 2019 agenda.
2. There is no connection of Gandhi & Kashmir, Gandhi always
believed in Peace through Nonviolence , Truth and Social Harmony &
Unity. His photograph is put on the main cover of - in the circle of
all religions i.e. Unity & harmony of all religions.. .
3. The Spiritual Interfaith Non-Violence Forum dedicated to the
anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, to be established in all the
countries on October 2 - the UN International Non-Violence Day, to be
established as suggested by you on Gandhi's birthday with the urgent
goal of “establishing a culture of peace, tolerance, understanding and
non-violence”, equally important for all countries, including India
and Russia, which have long followed this path.
4. I think this is not the proper time & moment to introduce
“Gandhica –Kashmir” Project. This project will reduce the Credibility
of the organization like GHA and also effects on the image of GHA
Members of the GHA Organization.
5. we propose to duplicate with a new composition of invited
participants on October 2 - the UN International Non-Violence Day,
established by the UN on Gandhi's birthday with the urgent goal of
“establishing a culture of peace, tolerance, understanding and
non-violence”, equally important for all countries, including India
and Russia, which have long followed this path.
I fully agree with Mr. Lucas Pawlik suggestion, firstly Could we
focus on following up on our Gandhi-Book Project? Aren't we at a
critical stage in the evolution of the Association for Global Harmony?
The publication of the book is a beginning for a campaign for our
peace to be recognized, so we can show our offers are valid solutions
in books, conferences, civil and initiatives! Perhaps found our own

millions of facts and opinions at once and in one piece failed. A person
begins to sink in details, in which I almost drowned. Here it is necessary
to separate an infinitely many facts/opinions/details from the determining
structural principle. It consists of one fundamental condition - the
goodwill of the parties to seek and work for peace instead of working for
confrontation/war.
I tried to express a political summary of the goodwill of the two countries
and their leaders in a joint Memorandum of 4 simple but decisive points
confirming this will. If they have such goodwill, then everything else will
become a matter of technics and time. Therefore, I singled it out in the
first act. What do you think of it and its components? Are they necessary
and sufficient to start a peaceful solution? Can they pull the parties out
of more than 70 years of war/enmity? The question of the beginning of the
peace process is the key to any conflict. Without it, no peace movement, no
peace process is possible.
In 2-3 days I will send a detailed part of the project so that it can be
discussed as a whole. This is Act 2. But it does not mean anything without
Act 1. Therefore, let us first focus on the key condition, and then on the
sum of the details.

will be published further in view of the extreme importance and complexity
of the project, as well as each opinion on it. The GHA has extensive
experience working with similar projects, which is determined by our
Charter, our peacemaking mission recorded in it
