only as the first version of this science, which needs, like any science,
without exception, in the constant further international development in the
relevant international scientific Institute / Academy. The main motive of the
GHA claims for the Nobel Peace Prize is only to be able to finance the
establishment and work of such Institute/Academy for Global Peace. This is the
main goal of all nominations of GHA.

and seeking a peace culture to win against the present war culture - which we
fully approve of. And
we also saw your fine quote from Einstein: Problems cannot be solved at the

You say that:

was the first

My research shows that Nobel and Suttner discussed/wished total disarmament
within seven years.
You claim that Avnery is a Nobel Peace Prize laureate - when? What is his field
of professorship?
The rules exclude self-nomination and we see that you, the founder, have played
a significant role
in organizing the nominations. We also note that the persons / GHA activities
are new to us and difficult to
evaluate. The nominations seem to boil down to the production, as a
co-operative project, of a book,
Global Peace Science, GPS (confusing abbreviation to use).
We do not have the secretarial capacity that the Nobel Committee has at its
disposal and can only
make a prima facie evaluation. In this case it would seem necessary for us to
add a note as follows:
Note from the NPPW to the Nobel Committee: Inclusion in the NPPW list of valid
nominations means
that we see a prima facie case, meaning that the ambition or activity seems to
come within the Nobel vision
of global co-operation (between nations) for disarmament. We do not have a
secretariat with capacity
to perform a deep check of the quality of the candidate and the work of this
nominee.
So, Mr. Semashko,
I have yet to discuss this possibility with colleagues, please inform whether
you wish me to check
what they think of including you in the list of valid nominations and of the
"disclaimer."
