Dear Leo,

Having noted your personal call today for articles, I thought you may not have seen the one I sent last week to Mary Luz Sandoval, with my explanatory note below as its potential relevance to the agenda of the Global Harmony Association. I have not yet heard from Mary Luz.

I hope you like the Platform mentioned in the top paragraph at http://www.cesj.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/UAP-Platform.pdf. It could be taylored to serve as the basis for fundamental human rights that could unite at least 90% of the citizens of every country, as well as eventually for global institutions that would promote Peace through Harmony, Justice and Prosperity for all world citizens, from the poorest of the poor to some among the 86 individuals who own more wealth than the bottom half or 3.5 billion combined and will eventually own more than 99% of world citizen. The point of our Platform is to avoid class warfare based on human-created institutions and systems that have perpetuated highly concentrated power, war, economic, social and political inequality, mass poverty, and lack of enforcement of fundamental human rights in all countries of the world.

You, of course, agree with Lord Acton that "power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely." The logical alternative is to democratize all forms of economic, social, moral and political power, recognizing that true Political Democracy can never be achieved and maintained unless it is based on Economic Democracy based on genuine equality of economic, social, moral and political power for all citizens.

Global change will require moral education so that cardinal virtues like Justice can be taught to all world citizens. Then vices like Greed can be better understood and condemned.

You and all of our associates fully understand that among the 86 multi-billionaires who own and control global economic power there may be a few who would be willing to join the growing number of enlightened people around the world who seek universal economic, social, moral, and political rights for all members of global society. In any event, those committed to change do not need the greedy rich when those committed to positive change combine on universal principles of morality, plus a rational and humane plan to change the monetary, tax, and inheritance systems and institutions of every country. Then greed will no longer controls the world, and prosperity, harmonic justice, and peace will be available to every child, woman and man so that each can develop to his or her fullest human potential.

The main point of the Platform is that the greedy and power-hungry cannot stop us, when good people wake up and organize. And there is no way that the greedy can take their property rights with them when they die.

As one of the 20th century's leading architect's for global change, the late R. Buckminster Fuller, reminded us:

" You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete/." /[/Critical Path/.]

Regards,
Norm

Dear Mary Luz:

Submitted for your consideration for publication is the Platform we developed for a new political party for the USA:

As you will see from the Platform, the vision of the Unite America Party could be adopted by any nation or for the formation of a global government in which political and social democracy would in the future be based on lifting all institutional barriers to sustainable growth and economic democracy for every child, woman and man. Such a vision and global paradigm could unite people from clear across the economic, political and moral spectrum, making global peace and harmony, prosperity and equality possible in the future.

Yes, it is a fact that 68 of the richest people in the world own more wealth than the bottom 3.5 billion combined and they control money power and the power to corrupt leaders in every nation. Uniquely, equality in the future for every world citizen can be achieved without depriving those who own and control the world today of their property rights over existing productive assets during their lives. None of them have figured out a way to take their property rights over current assets after they die.

We call this new global paradigm of political economy "The Just Third Way" because its moral principles transcend the obvious injustices of capitalism and socialism (as well as the so-called "mixed political economies" fostered by by political economists like Keynes). On the other hand, the Platform's founding principles are totally consistent with the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, especially Article 17, a right to equal ownership opportunity that has never been adopted by any nation in history. All that's needed is to wake up true leaders open to new ideas, like those in the Platform.

For more background, including videos, articles and books on The Just Third Way, you're invited to visit the website of the Center for Economic and Social Justice at http://www.cesj.org.

In Peace and Harmony, only through Justice for all,
Norm

Our"Global Peace Science" (GPS)book on English was prepared to print in India,

This is the book resume, the most common presentation and introduction to GPS. It
