est le premier lieu d’harmonie, et je sais, qu’avec Miri, vous ferez le maximum
pour aider vos filles médicalement et moralement ! Je prie pour elles, et je
vous transmets toute mon énergie.
Sinon, pour le Cachemire, après avoir dit OUI au projet, j’ai exprimé que dans
le contexte actuel, les mentalités n’étaient pas prêtes pour une proposition
unique qui provoque division entre nous, et je rejoins Ernesto, et Léo
d’ailleurs en a convenu !Sinon :
La publication du GANDHI BOOK est un acte fantastique mais qui en même temps
révèle nos difficultés.
Avec un tel contenu et la qualité des auteurs : cet ouvrage méritait et mérite
une diffusion par des éditeurs reconnus ou des Institutions.
Nous ne sommes pas des individus à la marge, mais des acteurs humanistes et
scientifiques dignes de respect.
Certes, recevoir des dons d’auteurs et de mécènes est en soi une réalité
incontestable de détermination solidaire.
Cependant, nous écrivons pour les desseins d’humanité. Notre combat
intellectuel : est celui de faire reconnaitre les valeurs que nous élaborons et
proposons.
C’est un ami indien qui diffuse notre œuvre aux auteurs que nous sommes de
divers continents ! Il est dévoué, mais son travail est conséquent : avec des
risques d’erreurs, de retards, de pertes….Ce n’est pas son métier !
Il nous faut poursuivre l’action pour notre reconnaissance institutionnelle,
ceci, tout en décidant librement de nos travaux, choix, notre
communication….Amitiés.

Dear Ernesto = I sympathize with your sorrow and your concerns: YES: the family
is the first place of harmony, and I know, that with Miri, you will do the
utmost to help your daughters medically and morally! I request for them, and I
transmit all my energy to you.
If not, for the Cashmere, after having said YES to the project, I expressed
that in the current context, mentalities were not ready for a single proposal
which causes division between us, and I join Ernesto, and Léo besides was
appropriate about it!If not:
The publication of GANDHI BOOK is a fantastic act but which at the same time
reveals our difficulties.
With such contents and the quality of the authors: this work deserved and
deserves a diffusion by recognized editors or Institutions.
We are not individuals with the margin, but of the humanistic and scientific
actors worthy of respect.
Admittedly, to receive gifts of authors and patrons is in oneself an undeniable
reality of interdependent determination.
However, we write for the intentions of humanity. Our intellectual combat: is
that to make recognize the values which we work out and propose.
It is an Indian friend who diffuses our work with the authors who we are
various continents! It is devoted, but its work is consequent: with risks of

The reason for my momentary estrangement is because two of my daughters
are seriously ill and require my constant help. One is with breast cancer and
the other in need of a transfusion of the 2 lungs.
Today, I hurriedly read without deepening, the offer of GHA mediation
(although it does not express it in that way) in the Indo-Pakistani conflict.
This is a long and complex conflict with the aggravating, that the two sides
have atomic weapons.
The complexity of this is due to the fact that originally the area in
conflict, was belonged to India, the existence of the Pakistani terrorism, such
as the one in Mumbai, a couple of years ago, and more.
In general, the presentation of the problem in the proposal, is too
long and puts, in addition to unnecessary details at this time, too much
emphasis on what GHA is.
The most important thing in the present circumstances is to obtain a
ceasefire by ensuring the NON USE OF ATOMIC WEAPONS.
If you go into details, the only thing that is achieved, is to
complicate the problem. See even in GHA, generating a division, among those of
Pakistan members that think that this proposal favors them, and the rejection
of the majority of the members of India, who imagine that it has a
pro-Pakistani deviation.
I cannot be in favor of a maybe unilateral proposal, nor against the
peaceful resolution of the conflict. Nor can I abstain, since in doing so, I
close my eyes to this tremendous problem.
I have a lot of experience in this. Believe me, the best is to call for
a ceasefire and non use of atomic weapons

Estimado Leo;
La razón de mi alejamiento momentáneo se debe a que dos de mis hijas
están gravemente enfermas y requieren de mi constante ayuda. Una está con
cáncer de mama y la otra con necesidad de una transfusión de los 2 pulmones.
Hoy apuradamente leí sin profundizar la oferta de mediación de GHA
(aunque no lo expresa en esa forma) en el conflicto Indo Paquistano. Se trata
de un largo y complejo conflicto con el agravante, que las dos partes tienen
armas atómicas. La complejidad de debe a que originalmente el área en conflicto
perteneció a India, al terrorismo Pakistaní, como el ocurrido en Mumbai hace un
par de años.
En líneas generales, la presentación del problema en la propuesta, es
demasiado larga y pone, además de detalles innecesarios, demasiado énfasis en
lo que es GHA.
Lo más importante en las presente circunstancias es obtener una alto el
fuego asegurando el NO USO DE ARMAS ATÓMICAS, si se entra en detalles, lo único
que se consigue es complicar el problema ya que hasta en GHA hay una división,
entre los de Pakistán que piensan que esta propuesta les favorece y el rechazo
de la mayoría de los miembros de India, que imaginan que tiene una desviación
pro paquistana.
Yo propongo, no puedo estar a favor de una propuesta un poco
unilateral, ni en contra de la solución pacífica del conflicto. Tampoco me
puedo abstener, ya que al hacerlo, cierro los ojos a este tremendo problema.
Tengo mucha experiencia en esto. Créeme que lo mejor, es hacer un
llamado al alto el fuego y al no uso de armas atómicas

decisive for our Kashmir project. The terror in Kashmir between Indians and

urgent question for the GHA, which split it into two parts?
Another more important question concerns your participation in the
promotion of our "Gandhica", where your strong anti-militarist Gandhian

published together with your wonderful photo. We would be happy to send you 4
copies of this book (240 pages) for free, so that you can provide its
presentation at the Jubilee Gandhian Session of the UN and UNESCO General
Assemblies on October 2 in honor of the 150th anniversary of Gandhi in New York
and Paris through your representatives (or colleagues of Nobel Laureates) in
them, as well as in your homeland in Israel, at your University, to whose
library you could give one of the copies. The GHA highly appreciate your
actions with the peacemaking book/primer presentation.
Similar presentations would be also extremely appropriate for the
International Peace Day on September 21, which is impossible without the most
effective, non-violent peacemaker of all time, countries and nations - without
Mahatma Gandhi. Is this possible for you in Israel and worldwide with your
great communication? Your presentations of this anti-militarist book as a Nobel
Prize Laureate would be the strongest demonstration of your and our
anti-militarist position under the banner of non-violence of the immortal
Gandhi and would become a world event and a shift, "hacking", as Dr. Pawlik
says, a global militarist order from a dead center.
