[ggcsquicksig] Re: transaction won't download

If something doesn't download, but it's on your statement (and thus shows
on-line), just enter it manually, and when you reconcile manually show
that it cleared and is on the statement.  

This assumes that you're reconciling to the paper statement opening and
closing balances.
