[GeoStL] ohggrezvyx cypher cache

On Monday I'll be going to my Ohggrezvyx Cypher cache to do a repair on
cache#1. So far only 3 cachers(that I know of) have cracked the code(BruceS,
Hikerbob, & RGS) and only The Great One has found the final cache! Anyone
who is interested in searching for this cache with RGS and I without solving
the code, you are welcome to come along. We are thinking of meeting at the
Popeye statue in Chester, then heading south from there. Any thoughts on a
good time to meet?
