We discussed this topic a while back when Michigan 1st raised the
subject.
Groundspeak received this letter from the USFWS on about Nov 13th.
At the time we were asked not to send out the letter until Groundspeak
could address it 1st. They have and there is a lively discussion going on
in the forums at the above link.
I suppose that if anyone has caches in a Fish and wildlife managed area,
they should give some thought of removing them. Missouri has
8 Fish and wildlife managed Refuse areas.
