It's for sale "still".   It's been a while since we (well as a family) ate 
there. Once it cost us $3000.00 in a new rebuilt engine (but that's another 
story).  Once we were one of the few tables allowed to stay when the 
"Carnahan" party arrive.  He even sat with us for a few minutes.

Everything goes with it, including the transportation to the "top".
