Here are some things that are going to also get worked into this suggestion list in a little bit...

I guess one thing will be to incorporate is some reference to the existing geocaching guidelines and the fact that they are just that - posted guidelines. We may be a little bit flexible in interpreting them to help a really cool cache idea gain approval or we may also tighten them up a bit up if a lame cache idea seems to take advantage of a loophole.
We'll also modify our interpretation based on what ever the current situation is. After a jet got shot at by a Stinger cylindrical cache containers near airports were discouraged, for example.

There are also some cache hiding courtesies that people should be aware of. For instance, for a puzzle cache with posted coords that are not the cache coords, they should not be totally random coords that screw up travel bugs and peoples "closest cache" list. The listed coords should be within a few miles of the cache unless that gives it all away. For traveling caches there should be some provision for marking where the cache was so people don't tear up the environment looking for something that was taken an hour earlier. For event caches that include finding temporary caches at the event, those temporary cache coords should be handed out at the event and the finds posted on the event cache page rather than submitted as separate caches, etc., etc.

I am sure over the next few days we can all think of little things that should be added or modified.
