Jeff,
You need to be using IE, and I think you have a Mac, right? So I don't know
if this will work in your case.
In IE, there is an option under File that says "send", and you pick the
"page by Email option". Whatever page is active (like your cache page) it
will send that as an image along with any links on that page.
