There are two ways, one hard, one easy.  Also, the easy one is expensive,
while the hard one is [probably] cheap.

Easy Way: Send it back for repairs.

Hard Way: Repolish it.  You will need several grades of abrasive paper, a
drill with a buffer wheel, and polishing paste (few dollars).  Look up
"Polishing Plastic" on Google for details.  The whole process can be done
in about two hours if you don't rush it.
