[GeoStL] RGS cache maintenance

I see a lot of notes on RGS cache
pages today, entered by RGS, himself.
It sure is nice to see a conscientious
geocacher who look after his caches
on a regular basis (In contast to those
who have to be prodded to maintain
specific caches that have been missing
or wet or trashed for months.)
