- Kirk, Not that I know of. I have a Toshiba PPC and load the GPX file to the PPC and then export a waypoint file to Mapsource and then Mapsource to the GPS. (Garmin). I like having the larger maps to view on the laptop if I need it and I can connect the GPS to the laptop for real-time display of my location. I know there are cables that connect a Magellan or Garmin to a PDA (like the laptop) but I don't know if it transfers waypoints.
