That is the actual machine where the server is located that has that
page. "Facebook.com" is the domain. "hi-in" is a host machine within
that domain.
Cached pages are kept so when you access a page, it doesn't have to
actually go all the way back to the original machine to get the page or
some part of the page. If it is on a caching server, it will see if the
page is cached, and if it is, you get it from the cache rather than the
original machine. The cache server usually checks to see if the page
content has changed so it can flush the old copy and lode the latest
version into the cache. Normally, you do not ever reference a cached
page directly. You access the original page, and it is transparent
whether you get a copy from the cache or the original machine.
