[GeoStL] Need Help

I was messing around with my 60CS the other night with the page sequence
screen. I removed several pages and now I can't get them back. Some that are
very important to me like 'Setup', 'Calendar', 'Page Sequence' etc. Does
anyone know how to get these back? I've tried several default options, but
that did not help. Thanks Bernie.
