Jen,
Usually your mail will be stored in .pst or .ost file and you can move it. Then you will not lose anything.

Does anyone know if it is possible and how I could move my folders and old
mail from my old computer to my new computer with outlook? Do I just have to
start all over?

Thanks,

Jen
