We've been to Rocky Falls out of Eminence in late summer (BK -- before Kyd).
It's techincally a "shut-in" but we were still impressed. ((I thought there
was a cache nearby at some point ... placed by Hairy Hill Billy maybe??) At
that time you could walk around on the rocks and get "to the top".
