- Outlook or Outlook Express. I use OE and here's those options: 1-Under tools/options there is a tab for spelling. check those options. 2-Previewing a message can open you up to certain viruses. Go to view/layout and uncheck "preview pane". This will allow you to look at the header info (from, subject, date sent, size, etc) and then double click it if you want to view it. 3-Under tools/options/security, the box for "do not allow attachments....." is checked. Uncheck that and you will receive attachments. Make sure your anti-virus program is up to date.
