Most of the bigger drives come with a bootable floppy to pre-format the
drive. You might check their website if one didn't come with the drive.

Anyone know how to setup a HD on XP > 137 gig when all you have is XP. It
says to support greater than 137 gig, I will need SP1 for XP. How can I get SP1
when all I have is XP and it needs to format the drive to install.. Sounds like
