I hope you and Rich are doing well. This has nothing to do with the email you
sent but I am still being charged annually for Mark’s membership with both
SLAGA and Groundspeak. He had it through Paypal as a recurring annual
membership. Last year when it showed up I contacted Groundspeak and was told
they would cancel it. However, in Jan of 2016, the $30 charge again showed up
on Paypal. In Jan of 2015 I had tried to contact SLAGA but the number I was
given went to a church so I never had any luck in my attempts to cancel SLAGA.
Do you have any suggestions of how I might end these memberships? If you have
phone numbers, that would be great.
